Case Study
The company Bechtle chose Chillisign to ensure a unified presentation of email signatures to alert partners about their key event – Bechtle Expo 2024. This event, focused on the convergence of current IT trends and technology under the theme Past Meets Future, took place on May 16, 2024, at the National Museum in Prague.
“The implementation was simple and allowed seamless updates across the entire company.”

BechtleThe company Bechtle is one of the largest IT solution providers in Europe, operating in 14 countries and collaborating with partners worldwide. Bechtle specializes in providing comprehensive IT solutions for digital transformation, offering everything from endpoints to data centers and IT security, including multicloud solutions and artificial intelligence. With over 15,000 employees, Bechtle provides expertise and support to small and medium businesses, international organizations, and the public sector.
The campaign was aimed exclusively at Bechtle's partners and the company’s clients, with the goal of subtly promoting the Bechtle Expo 2024 through an email signature banner. The banner included a brief message about the event along with visuals of both historical and modern technology. The link in the banner directed to the Bechtle website where further information was available about the company. However, the event was not publicly promoted and had no dedicated webpage, with invitations sent only to existing clients of the company.
Campaign Duration: 2 months (March–May 2024)
Number of people using signatures: Czech branch sales department (10 people)
The email banners significantly raised awareness of the upcoming Bechtle Expo 2024. Although the event was not open to the general public and focused solely on partners, the 7.45% click-through rate indicates that the email signatures effectively fulfilled their purpose.
Client feedback was overall positive. Bechtle particularly appreciated the subtle but effective form of communication with partners that Chillisign enabled through email banners. Although specific data on subsequent event registrations was not provided, the click rate was satisfactory and met expectations.
The client valued the ease of implementing email signatures and the quick ability to update banners without having to manually change signatures for individual users. The unified presentation helped maintain brand consistency across all emails sent by sales representatives.
